We love catering as it is a more personal experience. Conversations hit different when you are enjoying a meal with so much history. We provide options and flexibility to our catering plans to ensure your event is as tasty and stress free as possible! The below prices are per-person based off our Full Service plan. If you choose our Food Only plan, then deduct $3 per person.

Types of Catering

Full Service

Our full service catering takes the stress off of you as we will handle everything food related for your big event! However, we do not provide tables, chairs or cloths. Below is what is covered.

  • Smoker is brought to your event (its very photogenic)

  • Food is delivered and held at proper temps in our electric food warmers

  • Setup/Tear down of our equipment

  • Serving Food buffet style

  • Meat Cutting Station

  • Drink Station, including ice

  • Red Solo Cups

  • Black Plasticware

  • Black Napkins

  • Heavy Duty White Disposable Plates

  • Super quiet generators for our electricity needs

  • Portable Sink for our cleaning station

  • Trash Removal

food only

Our food only option allows for you to handle getting and serving the food to your guest as you see fit. We will simply cook it, slice meat accordingly, package it all up and make it easy to transport. We can deliver to your event for a $100 fee in a 75 mile radius of our location. Beyond that will be an additional fee of a $1 per mile.

This option does not include any utensils, plates, cups, napkins or serving spoons. It is simply all the food in heavy duty tinfoil trays.

Pick up (or delivery) will need to be on day of event to maximize freshness of food.

Customizations

We are flexible and completely understand that your event may require special adjustments. We can discuss any changes you may feel that are necessary and make reasonable accommodations.

FAQs

    • 1/3 to a 1/2 pound of meat per person for weighed proteins

    • 1 Chicken Quarter per person

    • 3 spare pork ribs per person.

  • 4oz per person.

  • For Full Service, we require a minimum of 75 people.

    For Food Only, we require a minimum of 25.

  • We can feed thousands of people at events. We would need to further discuss options if your event is greater than 1000 people.

  • Absolutely! Our full service plan includes all required items but we can swap out items if you provide them.

  • Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking and remainder to be paid within 24 hours after the event. We understand things happen and we can work with you on applying your deposit to a different date.

    Date cannot be changed within the 14 days prior to event.

  • Sauce is not included. It is an additional $1 per person. Our craft sauces are very expensive to make and not everyone likes sauce with their barbecue so we try to minimize waste and provide a very high quality product to pair with out craft barbecue.
